Identify an existing criminal justice policy functioning within your current or previous place of employment.
Using the resources above, subject the underlying problem to a policy analysis and write a plan for reshaping the policy.
Your primary intent should be to define the problem, use the CDC Policy Analytical Framework to dissect the problem, subject your proposed remedies to a brief cost-benefit analysis, and detail how you would revise the policy to be more effective and efficient.
Also, make sure to detail the ethical implications of the current and revised policy.
3-5 pages double spaced using 12 pt. Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins on all sides.
Reference class readings, lectures, and/or outside sources to back up your ideas.
Include proper APA in-text citations when referring to course readings or other sources in your paper (e.g. “This study found…(Hinkle & Weisburd, 2008).”).
