Despite many studies taking cognizant of the link between HRM policies to the performance of organizations, it is true that the mechanism via which such policies contribute to the organizational performance has not yet been fully explored.

Thus, this paper is purposed into investigating the pathways that lead from HRM policies to the overall organizational performance. The tool to be used in this research is a structured equation modelling.
